As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our team.

 

About the Job

As the Client Services Coordinator, you will contribute to the success of our business by on-boarding new clients, liaising with clients on a regular basis, and taking action on any client issues to ensure their satisfaction with our services. You will provide general sales administrative support, ensuring our client services team is organized and prepared to serve new and existing clients. Some other functions include:

  • Coordinate with the technical team on client service requests; schedule product delivery and coordinate installation
  • Attend regular client business review meetings
  • Coordinate all new client account openings and the client on-boarding process
  • Act as first point of contact for client questions or concerns
  • Coordinate client contract renewals

 

If you have three years of administrative support and/or client services experience, strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills, intermediate level computer skills, and are excited to work in a friendly team environment where you can showcase your customer service skills, we want to meet you! Familiarity with the information services industry is an asset. Oh, and hopefully you like dogs too, because we have our furry friends visit our office two Fridays out of the month.
