Star Egg is one of our newest clients. In their onboarding, our technician Joey went onsite to install our agents such as Automate and ScreenConnect. Just after he did this, disaster struck! Their egg tracking computer couldn’t connect to the server anymore. This halted egg production, oh no!
Joey was quick on the case. He had to crawl to the back of their server room getting dusty and dirty. It turns out one of their switches had died. He identified the culprit and ‘switched’ it out right away. We call Joey our Egg Star now!
