Gold Agreement Perks!

Peak Mechanical has been our client for 4 years!  Just this month, they grew their business.  Our technician James Mercer onboarded 14 new computers for them!  They started off on a Bronze Subscription with Complete Technologies but recently upgraded to Gold.

Gold Agreements often represent a better opportunity for clients due to the many perks associated with it.  They no longer pay per hour; they pay one flat monthly fee.  Additionally, they receive higher ticket prioritization, free remote work, are assigned one account technician to be the expert on the company, and do not pay for onsite support.  The Gold contract often ends up being a more stable and ultimately financially sound decision. It also includes advanced security services, reporting and consulting.
