J & H Builders had recently bought a new printer from the office to enhance workflow and make it easier for staff to scan, copy, and print documents, but the opposite was the case! When they upgraded to two photocopiers mayhem ensued. Both scanners had locked out employees as the contacts and settings weren’t synched between the two. This caused a bottleneck and slowed down the workflow.
Stephen was on the case! He logged into the first copier and copied the scanning information into the second. This allows everyone to scan to a designated printer. He then went back into the second copier and re-created each user. He went through all the employees having issues and verified with them that the problem had been resolved. Success!
