Complete Technologies is, quite simply, awesome.

Every single person I've dealt with there has been knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely pleasant to talk to. Believe it or not, when something goes wrong with our computers, calling them almost feels therapeutic. It's incredibly reassuring to have someone on the other end of the phone that you trust—someone who can immediately put your mind at ease.

I know more than the average person about computers, but these guys know a whole lot more, and more importantly, they know how to solve problems quickly and efficiently.

I've been with Complete Technologies for over 10 years. When the company was owned by André, the service was exceptional. When Justin, one of André's longtime employees, took over, I was happy to see that same level of quality continue. The service has remained consistently outstanding, and I've never been disappointed.

We run a fashion retail business with about six workstations that need to be managed. Thanks to their monitoring agents and remote management tools, I never have to worry about software updates, security patches, or whether our systems are protected. They handle it all behind the scenes, giving us around-the-clock peace of mind. I also get the ability to remote into my work network from home, which is sooooo convenient.

Our business may not store the kind of information hackers dream about, but that doesn't mean we're immune. We've had several attempts to access our systems over the years, and one time someone actually did get in after a malicious link was clicked by accident (hackers & spammers are worse and more saavy than ever before). One phone call to Complete Technologies, and they immediately connected remotely, secured everything, and got us back on track. That's exactly the kind of support you hope you never need—but are incredibly grateful to have when you do.

They offer different service plans depending on your business, but from my perspective, managed IT isn't an expense—it's an investment. The cost of prevention is almost always less than the cost of recovering from a serious security issue or extended downtime.

For me, it's money well spent, knowing our systems are monitored by people who truly know what they're doing.

If you're running a business and you're trying to manage your own IT to save a few dollars, I'd encourage you to think about the bigger picture. Having a trusted team protecting your computers is one of the best investments we've made. Being able to sleep just a bit better at night is something we all need.
